The Discflow certification was a great two half-day program. Jessica adapted the delivery thoughtfully, balancing the need for us to learn the tool while also showing us how to effectively facilitate Discflow in workshops, with a range of practical options. This worked particularly well for a group of experienced coaches and HR professionals. DISC is a fantastic addition to my toolkit, and I’m excited to use it to help teams understand what makes them tick, value their differences, and become stronger communicators.
