Virtual DISC Certification

The Virtual DISC Certification gives you the full certification experience in a live online format. You meet with your facilitator and other learners via Zoom, completing the training from wherever you are.

This mode is interactive, practical and designed for busy professionals who want the benefits of live certification without the need to travel.

How It Works

Prepare

Before the training, you complete your own Discflow DISC and Emotional Intelligence assessment so you experience the tool as a learner first. You also receive reading tasks and workbooks to set you up for the day, and your Zoom link will be ready and waiting.

Learn

During the virtual certification you will explore the DISC model, Emotional Intelligence, behavioural styles, report interpretation and facilitation techniques for both virtual and in person delivery, with practical ways to apply DISC with individuals and teams.

Apply

After certification you have access to training and facilitation resources, FlowHub for managing and distributing your assessments, your digital badge and ongoing support from the DISC Academy team.
