Our Services

DISC Academy offers three categories of products and services:

DISC Reports — Licensed Discflow behavioural assessment profiles, issued to individuals via the Discflow platform.

DISC Certification Training — Public open programmes and private in-house programmes qualifying participants to use the Discflow suite professionally.

DISC Workshops and Facilitation — Expert-designed and facilitated behavioural development programmes for teams and organisations.

These terms apply to all three categories. The product-specific conditions below take precedence where there is a conflict.

Pricing, Orders and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST of 10% applies to all products and services supplied to Australian clients.

Payment is due at the point of purchase or within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you require a Purchase Order number on invoices, this must be provided before delivery begins.

If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery, and to charge interest on the overdue amount at 2% per month compounded daily from the invoice date, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

DISC Reports

Discflow assessment reports are licensed products owned by Flow Labs Consultancy FZCO (Discflow HQ). Each report purchase is a single-user licence for private use by the named participant only.

Delivery: Report purchases are processed within one business day where possible. An assessment invitation is issued directly to the candidate via the Discflow platform FlowHub.

Refunds: Once an assessment invitation has been sent to the candidate, and the candidate has started completing the assessment, the report is considered delivered and is non-refundable. If the candidate hasn’t started completing the assessment, it can be cancelled, and the tokens are automatically refunded into the Administrator’s account in FlowHub.

Third-party platform: The Discflow assessment platform and FlowConnect are operated by Discflow HQ. DISC Academy is not responsible for the availability, performance or content of those platforms.
