I’ve recently completed the DISC certification course which was fantastic! The insights and tools provided were incredibly valuable, and I am excited about the opportunities to apply them in my work.

The DISC certification was a great two-half-day program. Jessica adapted the delivery thoughtfully, balancing the need for us to learn the tool while also showing us how to effectively facilitate DISC in workshops, with a range of practical options. This worked particularly well for a group of experienced coaches and HR professionals. DISC is a fantastic addition to my toolkit, and I’m excited to use it to help teams understand what makes them tick, value their differences, and become stronger communicators.

The DISC certification training has genuinely shifted the way I approach conversations, particularly when supporting leaders to better understand and work with their teams. Seeing people inspired to make small but meaningful shifts in how they work with others clearly demonstrated the power of DISC in helping people to think beyond their own perspective. I would highly recommend this training!

DISC has improved our ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Having a certified DISC practitioner in our organisation helps the team to stay focused on our DISC learnings and to continually tap into the language and lessons that the tool provides.

This is an incredible tool delivered in a simple-to-learn way. The effectiveness of it will be experienced by you in the training and prove its powerfulness right in front of your eyes!

It was excellent to learn about this tool and how to apply it with coaching clients and with groups of people. I enjoyed the step-by-step approach and the self-paced learning which was all very logical and I could go back over anything I needed to revise. I also liked having the resources to read before watching the videos, which enforced the learning.

The program offered practical insights that I can immediately apply to my professional life. The detailed modules and real-world examples solidified my understanding of the DISC model, as well as the application of Emotional Intelligence.
